We only work with clients who are highly motivated and committed to making a change, and will work with you to help you define your goals and create a plan of action to help you achieve them.
It is important to have clearly defined goals before embarking on any fitness journey.
We begin with a telephone consultation to discuss your goals, current habits, food preferences, and get to know each other a little. If you are unsure of your goals we will explore your possibilities together, so that you may decide very clearly what you want to achieve, and how we can best help you to succeed. We will then help you to set specific, achievable goals and choose the appropriate program.
We design your plan specifically for you, based on our telephone consultation.
A few days prior to beginning, you will receive your plans and a checklist of everything you need to get started.
We provide daily coaching via email to answer your questions and help you stay on track.
Progress is assessed on a bi-weekly basis, and modifications are made as necessary to ensure continued progress towards your goals.
Our Programs
Nutrition is the key component of all of our fitness programs. We design 12 week custom nutrition plans for weight loss, overall health, body re-composition, and as the back-bone of our training, bodybuilding and competition preparation programs.
Our nutritional philosophy is based on non-restrictive balance in terms of food choices. Our meal plans focus on optimal portions and timing of each macro-nutrient, dependent on your needs.
Our training programs are custom designed to fit your goals and lifestyle. We respect the fact that everyone’s training requirements are different and we will customize your program to suit your physical abilities and desired outcome. Whether your goal is to workout at home or in the gym we can design a program that suits you and your personal goals.
