Some want to build muscle and size. And others have specific athletic goals in mind such as an upcoming physique, figure,or bikini competition.

 Whatever your goals may be, we will give you the support you need to achieve it.

We can't even begin to describe how proud we are of this amazing young lady.

This inspiring single mom followed our custom nutrition coaching plan for 36 weeks, and in that time, she not only lost over 50 lbs and 40 inches (!!!!) but gained back her self confidence, and a sense of self worth and empowerment she never thought possible. It was truly been inspiring to watch this woman tackle every obstacle that's come her way during this process, and emerge on the other side, completely transformed, inside and out.

We can't wait to see what she accomplishes with her new found self confidence and love for a healthy lifestyle!

Originally, this lovely lady came to us looking to lean out for a vacation. She'd been training on her own for several months, and while she was making progress in the gym, she also found herself struggling with how to optimize her nutrition to reach her goals of a lean and fit physique. Here, 10 weeks after starting her nutrition and training program with us, and she's transformed her style of eating. As a self admitted foodie, we made sure to implement regular post-leg cheat meals (can you believe she ate burgers and fries on a weekly/sometimes bi-weekly basis and has a physique like that?) and optimized her food perfectly to achieve a lean physique, while still making progress in the gym. Over the course of  10 weeks, she significantly increased her weights on numerous exercises while shedding fat at the same time. It's amazing what a difference a proper nutrition program can achieve! 

Now that she's looking lean and feeling great about her physique, she's shifted to a building phase, focused on staying lean, while putting on quality lean muscle mass over the next year. We can't wait to see her progress towards her new goals.

Not only are we proud of this client because of his insane progress, but also because he's family! After seeing us (his Mom and his Sister) compete at the Vancouver Pro/Am, he decided it was time to make some goals of his own, and set his sights on competing in Men's Physique within the next couple of years. Here he is 12 weeks into his first season of serious training, and he's already well on his way to having a stage-ready physique.
It all comes down to hard work, dedication, and above all, consistency. So proud of this guy!

It's always so amazing to see just how much people can change their physiques in such a relatively short period of time when they set their minds to it and dedicate themselves to their program. It's not easy, it takes hard work and determination, but it's worth it.

We're so proud of this gorgeous and strong woman. She has very specific long-term goals and we continue to work with her, modifying her nutrition and training plans as needed, to equip and encourage her as she progresses towards conquering her goals. We can't wait to see what we accomplish together in 2016.
