Maple Syrup Pancake Flavored Protein Cereal

Maple Syrup Cereal
 This is a quick and easy option that fits on plan perfectly for breakfast, or as a pre/post workout meal.

I absolutely love this protein, and combining it with the cereal seriously makes it taste like you’re eating a bowl of pancakes.



250 ml unsweetened Almond Milk (I used Almond Breeze)

1 scoop (30 grams) Beyond Yourself Maple Syrup Pancake Protein Powder (you could use another flavor, but this one is AMAZING!)

30 grams Nature’s Path Whole O’s cereal


Combine protein powder and almond milk in a shaker cup. Shake until thoroughly combined. Place portion of cereal in a bowl, and pour almond milk/protein mixture over top. Let sit for a few mins before eating so that the flavor absorbs into the cereal a bit.


Can add some banana’s post workout, or top with berries for breakfast depending on your plan!
