3 slices Ryvita Whole Grain Snackbread
3 slices Natural Selections Roasted Ham
3 Light Laughing Cow Cheese wedges
12 slices cucumber
Dash of pepper (optional)
Spread one wedge of cheese on each snackbread, top with 4 slices cucumber, 1 slice of ham, and a dash of pepper if desired. Eat immediately.
Note: If you are carrying these for a snack later in the day, bring pre-portioned ingredients and combine just before eating so that they don’t get soggy.
