Steak Veggie Wraps

Simple, easy, high protein steak wraps. Perfect for food prep or a nice dinner at home.



1 lb Top Sirloin
1 tbsp low sugar BBQ sauce (I used Walden Farms)
1 tbsp low sugar ketchup
1/2 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp steak spice
1/2 cup red onion thinly sliced
1/2 cup red pepper thinly sliced
1/2 cup zucchini, thinly sliced



Cut steak into 4 oz. portions. Cut each portion lengthwise into thin steaks. Marinade steaks overnight or for a minimum 1 hour.

Sear one side of steak in pan on medium heat.

Remove from heat and place on cutting board with cooked side up.  Place veggies in centre of steak and roll.  Secure with toothpick.  Place roll back in pan and turn as needed until cooked.

Protein: 26 grams
Carbs: 1 gram (please note: our meal plans do not count carbs from vegetable sources with the exception of starchy vegetables such as carrots)
Fat: 6 grams
