Parmesan Chicken

generic Misoprostol canada 12688139_1734399986795399_163985247461893641_nI’ve been craving comfort food recently with all of this yucky weather, so I decided to try and make an on plan version of one of my favorites, Parmesan Chicken. OH. MY. GOD did this turn out good. I’ve never been a huge fan of baked chicken, but this is seriously so delicious. I ate a whole breast cold the other day when I was in a hurry to get out the door, and it still tasted amazing! It’s super quick and easy to make, and absolutely delicious. Recipe Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup light parmesan cheese 
1 tbsp Italian Spice or “seasoning” blend
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp black pepper
dash salt 
2 eggwhites

Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl, keep eggwhites separate in another dish or mixing bowl

Line baking tray with tin foil, and lightly spray with no stick spray (I used Pam Coconut Oil spray)

Place each chicken breast individually into eggwhites, then roll in dry mixture until thoroughly coated, place on baking try. Repeat with the remaining chicken breasts. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until cooked through. Enjoy!
